How long does delivery take?
Delivery will usually take between 7-20 days however due to the recent pandemic the delivery time can be extended up to 45 days on some occasions.
What are shipping costs?
Shipping is free on all orders.
What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store your payment information, so we cannot change the order.
Are taxes applicable?
Usually taxes do not apply however depending on the order amount and country of delivery some taxes may apply, you will be informed if taxes apply after placing your order. As delivery goes through regular custom clearance, customers might be required to pay any applicable taxes and duties.
Where do I enter my coupon discount code?
The coupon can be entered once visiting your shopping cart before proceeding to checkout.

 


Why did I receive my ordered items separately?
Depending on country of shipping some of our order completion associates may be located in different places so some items may be delivered separately and some items of your total order may reach you sooner than others. Do not worry this will not affect your order and shipping will remain free.
What are the payment options?
You can pay via Paypal or any credit card. Select your product and go to checkout to find out more.
How to track my order?
We will send you a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 working days, then please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we support shipping to  Australia, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, U.S.A. and Vietnam. Negotiations are unedrway to also include Canada and Mexico soon.
We are however continuously trying to expand our network furthermore.
